Birdy is an enemy in The Messenger. Its Picnic Panic counterpart is the Tropical Birdy.

Appearance
Birdy is a large skeleton bird with red eye sockets.
Abilities
Birdy sits stationary on a perch until Ninja approaches within range. When Ninja approaches, Birdy will take flight. It will fly and attempt to ram through Ninja, continue flying a little onward past him due to acceleration, then slow down and fly at Ninja again. Birdy can also pass through walls in order to reach him.
Trivia
- Birdies are referred to as "crow" in the sound files.
- In the beta version of the game, the regular Birdy used to have the same sound effect as Bats.[1]
